Hire Reach offers different levels of participation to our Participating Employers.

Internship. The Hire Reach is a 2 month-long job readiness program connecting young professionals with disabilities with internships in companies and NGOs located in China’s Pearl River Delta.  The Internship Project is a great way for your company to help jobseekers gain meaningful on-the-job experience. It also gives you the opportunity to evaluate a potential employee. For the Intern, the acquisition of real-life job skills will benefit the them in their job search. A Hire Reach representative will work with you to determine the Intern's responsibilities, according to the needs of your team or department. 

Once completed, you will be asked to evaluate the Intern's performance during the Internship. GETCH Foundation will check in with you on at least a weekly basis to ensure that the process is going smoothly.

Hiring Partner. Congratulations! As a Hiring Partner, you have a made the decision to strengthen your organization's diversity commitment. The hiring process with GETCH Foundation is very much like other hiring scenarios. When an available opportunity within your organization is identified, we will present you with the resume and interview summary of a qualified candidate. We may occasionally share appropriate candidate resumes with you proactively. We are happy to manage the interview scheduling for you, including checking additional employment references, or you can contact the candidate directly and take care of the process internally. Please feel free to share your accommodation questions with us.

Mentoring. Participating in Hire Reach’s Mentoring Program is a great way to introduce jobseekers to your business and provide real time answers to their career-related questions.

Volunteer Mock Interviews. You can help our jobseekers by providing real-life interview scenarios. Your feedback, expertise, and objective evaluations are crucial to preparing jobseekers for this all-important step of securing employment.
