Hire Reach Summer Internship Program for College Students with Disabilities, places top undergraduate and graduate college students with disabilities in fulfilling summer internships in South China that also provide career and leadership development opportunities.

Interns gain valuable experience, develop networking skills, and showcase their abilities.
Here are the ways we help:

Mentorship. Together with one of our Mentors, you will clarify career goals, map out a job action plan, discuss professional life, shadow professionals in the workplace.

Job Preparedness Seminars. We provide support for job seekers in writing and submitting a professional resume, interview coaching, and career planning and job referral.
