2022 Hire Reach Internship Program
残障青年大使项目是一个支持残障青年发展的交流项目。项目为残障青年提供实习的机会，锻炼他们的多方面能力。通过该项目，让残障青年展示能力，获得真正的职场经验，积累经验；同时也协助企业建设多元化就业，贮备更多残障人才。
Hire Reach Internship Program is an exchange program that supports the development of youth with disabilities. The program provides internship opportunities for young people with disabilities to exercise their various abilities. Through this program, young people with disabilities can demonstrate their abilities, gain real workplace experience and accumulate experience. At the same time, it also helps enterprises to build diversified employment and store more disabled talents.

为残障大学生提供暑假实习机会
一起建设多元且包容的就业环境
We are looking for Enterprises in Guangdong Pearl River Delta who can provide internship opportunities for disabled college students this summer and build a diverse and inclusive employment environment together.
项目支持企业的方式
Support for corporates
推荐残障大学生的实习生，协助建立更多元的企业环境
举办融合就业工作坊，帮助企业开展残障员工管理工作
为企业提供残障议题培训或举办相关企业内训
Recommend qualified youth with disabilities for internship and help to build diverse workforce.
Offer inclusive forums and assist companies to recuite professionals with disabilities.
Provide trainings to companies on best practice in how to recruit, manage and communicate with employees with disabilities.
如果贵司在2022年7-8月期间能够提供：
1. 至少一个月的实习岗位，且为文职类；
2. 每月至少2200元的实习补贴；
3. 坐标在广东地区。
If your company can offer following from July to August in 2022:
a. At least one-month internship with in-house positions.
b. No less than 2200RMB per month as stipend
c. Located in Guangdong
